We still trust in a hand-shake, but for a booking the official austrian general terms and conditions are valid Cancellation fees are as follows: 60-30 days upon arrival 40%, 29 to 7 days 70%, less than 7 days 100%, no show or early departure 100% of the full amount booked for.
